TreC+, app and portal features expanded

1 August 2024 By

Updates for mobile devices available now in the Android and iOS app stores.

The  TreC+ system is now offering new features that allow citizens greater availability and ease of access to online services. Updated versions of the TreC+ app and portal were released today with new features including users’ ability to make payment for services directly through the app, upload a report generated by healthcare providers outside the province of Trento, receive notification when a report is ready and the ability to hide it from their list as well as various security upgrades.

With TreC+, access to online health services is provided through a web platform and application of the Trento Province Healthcare System into which health services and data are always available and easily accessible by users. Thanks to TreC+, Trentino residents have at their disposal one of the first online services platforms in Italy that support them
in their interaction with the Trento Province healthcare system.
 TreC+ is the result of a project promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento, the Trento Province Healthcare System and Fondazione Bruno Kessler and implemented through the TrentinoSalute4.0 Digital Health Competence Center.
To upload the new updates to the TreC+ app, simply download the new version from the stores (Android or iOS). On the other hand, those who have not yet installed the TreC+ app will be able to do so by accessing it from the web portal trec.trentinosalute.net and following the directions in the guide.
 In detail, the new features of TreC+ are:

  • integration with Mypay: to pay for health care
    services from TreC+;
  • health data push notifications: a push notification is sent when a delegated user
    accesses the delegator’s TreC+, or when a report/prescription is viewed from the web platform;
  • report and prescription archiving: ability to hide a report/prescription from the general
    list. A search filter has been added that allows viewing the hidden
    reports/prescriptions;
  • mobile upload of off-line generated reports: possibility to upload
    personal documents (reports or other health documents) from users’ mobiles.
