THE CITIZEN HEALTH RECORDS – TREC
The Citizen’s Clinical Record (TreC) is a multiservice muliple-module platform that enables users to manage their health. This particular structure allows the system to be flexible (one single component can be modified, thus leaving the rest of the platform intact) and adaptable (i.e. other modules can be integrated into the system, so as to expand services provided).
The system is able to integrate:
✦ on the one hand, the electronic medical records, from private and public health
✦ on the other hand, the patient-generated data, i.e. the PHR (Personal Health Records) – which collect data provided by citizens (for example, lifestyle data – exercise, diet – recorded by wearable devices, such as pedometer bracelets, smartwatches, etc.).
These large amounts of data are the input for the services developed by TS4.0, such as TreC_Diabete, an app capable of integrating artificial intelligence systems, predictive models and Virtual Coach technology based on the Horus.AI module, which defines contextualized objectives and the patient care plan.
