Trentino is the next stop on the national <em>roadshow<\/em> dedicated to the digital transformation of healthcare.\u00a0 The event will take place <strong>on Thursday, May 29, at 2:00 p.m. in Sala Depero, located on the ground floor of the Palazzo della Provincia in Piazza Dante, Trento<\/strong>.\u00a0 It represents a significant chance to explore the opportunities, challenges, and future perspectives of the <strong>Electronic Health Records (EHR) 2.0<\/strong>, as part of a broader systemic transformation involving the entire National Health Service.<br \/>\u00a0Promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento and the Trento Province Healthcare System, with support from the Ministry of Health and the Department for Digital Transformation of the Prime Minister&#8217;s Office, the event will bring together representatives from the government, healthcare sector, professional bodies, institutions, and the scientific community.<br \/>\u00a0\u201cDigitalization is not optional\u2014it is a structural lever and an essential condition for ensuring access to care, continuity, service integration, and quality,\u201d <strong>Mario Tonina<\/strong>, the Provincial Councillor for Health, Social Policies, and Cooperation, said. \u201cThe Electronic Health Records 2.0 serves as a core digital infrastructure, set to become the citizen\u2019s single point of access to the Health Service, and eventually to social and healthcare services as well. It is a key tool not only for individual care, but also for system planning, governance, and both primary and secondary prevention,\u201d<strong>Tonina<\/strong> added.<br \/><br \/>\u00a0The future of healthcare lies in digital transformation. This is the central theme of the regional <em>roadshow<\/em> on the <strong>Electronic Health Record (EHR) 2.0<\/strong>, part of a national series of events organized by the Ministry of Health and the Department for Digital Transformation of the Prime Minister&#8217;s Office to advance the digitization of the National Health Service.<br \/>\u00a0The conference, titled \u201c<strong>The Digital Transformation of the Health System.
