200,000 users will be receiving a survey in the next few days

To evaluate and improve digital health services, expectations and needs with the aim of adapting and enhancing the system, ensuring the demands coming from local communities. This is what the TreC+ survey, promoted by the Trento Province Healthcare System (APSS), the Autonomous Province of Trento and Fondazione Bruno Kessler, through the TrentinoSalute4.0 Digital Health Competence Center, in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento, is aiming for. These days, about 200 thousand TreC+ users are receiving an email from the Trento province Healthcare System to participate in the survey and evaluate the experience related to the use of the Citizen’s Medical Records, i.e., the platform that through an app or web portal (trec.trentinosalute.net) allows access to Apss’s digital services.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. The invitation to all citizens who receive the email is to take a few minutes to respond to the questionnaire by clicking on the link that will be provided in the text of the email. Every contribution to the improvement of Trentino’s digital health is precious.
