Thanks to TrentinoSalute 4.0, the competence center for digital health whose partners are the Trento Province Healthcare System, the PAT Department of Health and FBK, the new app “TreC_FSE” – which allows access by mobile/ tablet to the Citizen’s Medical Records – is available for all adult Trentino residents registered in the Province Healthcare System.
Users may request the activation of their national health insurance card (which enables it to access the Province’s online services) at the dedicated Regional Government offices and. Once the card has been activated, it can also be used to activate the TreC_FSE App.

In the video tutorial below, we show the configuration and installation procedures for users who have already activated their TreC (Citizen’s Medical Record) card.

To download and configure the app on your mobile phone, you will need an installation sheet (also called “magic wave”) printed by the operators/tellers, which contains a user authentication “QRCODE”.
Citizens can also print the activation sheet containing the QRCODE on their own by accessing the TreC web portal (trec.trentinosalute.net) with their active CPS (Provincial Services Card / National Health Insurance Card) or their SPID identity and then click on the new feature “Activate TreC_FSE app” and follow the instructions on the screen.

For any problems with downloading or configuring the new TreC_FSE app, users can contact the Province Healthcare System at the following email address: trec.assistenza@apss.tn.it
